37 years ago my sister and I drove out to Williams for our Christmas tree. We had an apartment and not a lot of money. We got our tree and drove home with it on top of her small purple Gremlin halfway home I looked out to check on our tree and it was gone. We hadn’t even realized it had come off. So we turned around to see if we could find it on the side of the road. We dove all the way back to Williams and still no tree. We drove back in asked if anyone had turned a tree in, praying that someone had because we didn’t have enough money to buy another one. Mr. Williams walked over to a tree and this time he tied it on the car for us. When we told him we couldn’t get another tree, he told us Merry Christmas and he said, He was sure this one would stay tied.
