Stories - Dear Williams Tree Farm,

We just wanted to share our story with you.  My wife and I grew up in apartment buildings always having artificial trees.  When we were married we continued the tradition of having an artificial tree.  When our oldest daughter was 4, one of our friends said you really should go to Williams Tree Farm and get a real tree.  We thought about it and decided to try it.  That was 10 years ago and we have come every year since.  We have told others the story and they now come, just last week our neighbors gave it a try and loved it!  We live about an hour and a half away so we sing Christmas Carols on the way up.  When we get there we bundle up and head out looking for that special tree, oops I forgot to mention our dog Cubbie, Half German Sheppard Half Basset Hound, loves to run through the trees.  Then we always hike back to the cabin stopping at the zip line for a quick trip down the wire, then it’s off for a race through the maze.  By this time we probably are getting a little cold so we head in for some hot chocolate.  The fudge shop how can we drive all that way and not take home fudge, then it’s off to the snow tunnel while mom heads into the gift shop.  We love the golden’s, they are so special.  It was fun to see the puppies.  I can only hope that when the kids are grown they will want to head out with mom and dad with their family’s to get that special tree.  We thank you for adding that special part of our saviors birthday day celebration.  God’s blessing to you all.  Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year.
